Client Associates / Graduate role

Sweet Spot10 is a unique and growing experiential marketing agency in the UK Created in 2013 by marketers from venues, retail and leisure. Sweet Spot10 aims to provide award winning experience events, whist growing the company to meet the needs of the customers. From the outset we have looked to expand our services across FMCG, Digital Retail and Leisure. We have a dedicated team of specialists within each field, supported by a team of Campaign and Creative experts at our London HQ

Who will our Client Associates be?

Being a Sweet Spot10 Associate gives you a real opportunity and important responsabilities from day one. Reporting to a senior member of the team, you will be working on some of our key client accounts, helping to turn a new brief into a live event.

You will be exposed to all areas and functions of the business, which will provide you with a solid platform for a career in events. You will gain experience and develop skills in a wide range of areas, including project management & campaign delivery, campaign analysis, proposal writing, pitching & creative development.


You will report directly to a Senior Client Manager & you will also have coaching from a Client Executive on the team.


London with frequent travel.

When working with some of the biggest names in the business, there is no room for mistakes. An organised, thorough approach with an eye for detail and contingency planning is critical.


We’re always working with multiple stakeholders to create the best events, so being able to communicate and drive progress is key. You’ll need to be able to talk confidently to clients and get projects moving.


You will hold a degree (2:1) and although specialism is not essential, a knowledge of business / marketing would be beneficial.

Key responsibilities

Participating in and contributing to client meetings, pitches & event reviews
Managing client relationships across a range of accounts, keeping service levels high & responding to client queries
Executing & project managing all campaigns from booking through to going live, making sure they are delivered on time & to a high standard
Assistance and input into creation of team working processes & structures, including managing media inventory, project tracking & finances
Participation in strategic & creative brainstorms
Work on company-wide miscellaneous projects e.g. company website, office away days etc.

In return for your work, you’ll receive a competitive salary as well as the opportunity to achieve up to an additional 20% bonus – this is awarded partially on meeting company goals and partially by delivering above and beyond expectations.
